Can I use a pendant gemstone as an earring gemstone?
No, that’s not possible. They are different products. The hole of a pendant gemstone is different, so it doesn’t fit on an earring.
Can I also buy earring gemstones separately?
Not standard. Sometimes we have individual pieces in stock in our warehouse. If you would like to receive a single gemstone earring, please contact customer service to inquire.
What are inclusions?
Sometimes it seems as if a gemstone has strange "cracks" and is damaged. This is called an inclusion and is actually a characteristic of a natural gemstone. We have also written a blog about the differences between synthetic and natural gemstones.
The color of the stone I received differs from the color shown on your website.
Each stone is unique, and there may be a lighter or darker one among them. Even if you already own products with a certain gemstone and later choose another product with the same gemstone, there may be a difference in color.
To avoid this, it’s best to visit a jeweler or send a photo of your already purchased jewelry before buying, so we can select something as close as possible in appearance.
If you have already received an item and are not satisfied, you may always return it within 14 days.
