Can I use a pendant gemstone as an earring gemstone?
No, that isn’t possible. They are different products. The hole in a gemstone pendant is different, so it won’t fit on an earring.
Can I also buy earring gemstones separately?
Not standard. Sometimes we have individual pieces in stock at our warehouse. If you would like to receive a single gemstone earring, please contact customer service to check.
What are inclusions?
Sometimes a gemstone may appear to have strange "cracks" and look damaged. This is called an inclusion and is actually a characteristic of a natural gemstone. We’ve also written a blog post about the differences between synthetic and natural gemstones.
The color of the stone I received differs from the color shown on your website.
Each stone is unique, so you may receive one that is lighter or darker. Even if you already own products featuring a particular gemstone and later choose another product with the same gemstone, the color may vary.
To avoid this, it’s best to visit a jeweller or send us a photo of the jewellery you’ve already purchased before placing your order, so we can find something as close a match as possible.
If you’ve already received an item and aren’t satisfied, you can always return it within 14 days.
