Return policy

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since a purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return shipment, the article must be unused and in the same condition as it has been received. It must also be in the original package. To complete a return, we need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift vouchers are not covered by the return policy.

There are certain situations in which no refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Every item that is not in its original state is damaged or lacking for reasons that are not due to our fault
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Return from abroad

Sparkling Jewels Customers abroad can still return their items within 30 days of receipt.

If you want to return items from abroad, we strongly recommend using a safe traceable courier service such as Fedex, DHL or UPS to return items to us *.

* Sparkling Jewels Can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us, so it is advisable to use a traceable service.

Reimbursement (if applicable) 
Once you have been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the reimbursement.
If a reimbursement is approved, a credit is automatically applied to the original payment method within a few days.

Reimbursements received too late or no reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it can take some time before your repayment is officially booked.
Then contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is booked. If you have done all this and the return is not yet received, contact us via

SALE items (if applicable)
Only normally priced items can be repaid, unfortunately, items can not be repaid.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are broken or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail at

If the purchased item is marked if a gift was sent to the recipient directly when you purchase and was sent directly, the orderer will receive a credit for the value of the return shipment. Once the returned item has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the Gift Sever sent the order to itself to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift fever.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If you receive a reimbursement, the costs of the shipment of the reimbursement will be deducted if applicable.

Depending on where you live, the time of transport can vary.

If you send an item more than € 75, you could consider using a traceable shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
