Shipping & Returning
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed on a working day before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m., Saturday, Sunday and official holidays will be sent the next working day.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for orders over € 50. If your order value is below this amount, we will calculate shipping costs of € 3.95. Orders with a delivery address outside the Netherlands is the shipping free with orders from € 100. For orders under € 100 with a delivery address abroad, between € 6.95 and € 12.95 shipping costs will be charged.

What is the best way to maintain/clean my jewelry?
Jewelry requires maintenance. We therefore recommend that you regularly brush jewelry. With this jewelry retains their shine.
