Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we unfortunately can not offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It should also be in the original packaging. To return to finish, we need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards are not covered by the return policy.
There are certain situations where no refunds (if any):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is missing or damaged for reasons not attributable to our fault
- Each item more than 14 days after delivery is returned
Returns from abroad
Sparkling Jewels customers abroad can submit their articles still return within 30 days of receipt.
If you want to return items from abroad, we strongly recommend to secure traceable courier such as FedEx, DHL or UPS to return items to us *.
* Sparkling Jewels can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us, so it is advisable to use a trackable service.
Reimbursement (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We also will notify the approval or rejection of the refund.
If a refund is approved, it is automatically applied a credit to the original payment within a few days.
Late or not receive refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, recheck your account first. Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund will be officially recognized.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is made. If you've done all this and the return is not received, please contact us via email@example.com.
Sale items (where applicable)
Only normal priced items can be returned, unfortunately Sale items can not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items only if they are broken or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the purchased item is marked as a gift with purchase and is sent directly to the recipient, the customer receives a credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift.
If the item to purchase gift was not as marked, or if the gift giver the order to himself sent to you later give, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own postage for returning an item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the mission of the refund will be deducted if applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time of transport may vary.
If you have an item more than € 75, - sending, you could consider taking out a trackable shipping service or to use a shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we received your returned package.
