Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since a purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return shipment, the article must be unused and in the same state if it has been received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete a return, we need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift vouchers do not fall under the return policy.
There are certain situations in which no refunds are granted (if applicable):
Return from abroad
Sparkling Jewels Customers abroad can still return their articles within 30 days of receipt.
If you want to return articles from abroad, we highly recommend using a secure traceable courier service such as FedEx, DHL or UPS to return articles to us *.
* Sparkling Jewels cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us, so it is advisable to use a traceable service.
Refund (if applicable)
Once you have received and inspected it, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the reimbursement.
If a reimbursement is approved, a credit on the original payment method is automatically applied within a number of days.
Too late or no refunds received (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your account. Then contact your credit card company, it can take some time before your refund is officially booked.
Then contact the bank. There is often any processing time before a refund is made. If you have done all this and the refund has not yet been received, please contact us via SparklingJewels@essencollections.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only normally priced items can be reimbursed, unfortunately, sale items cannot be reimbursed.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are broken or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail at SparklingJewels@essencollections.com.
If the purchased item is marked as a gift when purchasing and sent directly to the recipient, the orderer receives a credit for the value of the return shipment. As soon as the returned item has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.
If the article was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the gift has sent the order to itself to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an article. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the costs of the shipment of reimbursement are deducted if applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time of transport may vary.
If you send an item more than € 75, - you might consider using a traceable transmission service or to close a shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we receive your returned package.
